This is a great heavy duty bike rack for ebikes. It required minimal assembly, all necessary tools provided. The platform base allows easy one wheel lift and then ride through of the bicycle. No need to lift a heavy ebike directly. Get the ramp if available. I made a makeshift wooden one that works well. The versatility in arrangement of the attachment claws to different bicycles is amazing. The attachment to the hitch is very solid. The bikes are very secure and the hitch does not bounce around.
